IMPORTANT; Each earthquake forecast map is valid from noon the previous day to noon the following day. For example the forecast for January 18th, is valid from noon January 17th to noon January 19th.
The reason for this is; If a peak in risk happens at 11pm on a certain day, an earthquake from that peak may happen
on the following day.
